Audition Information
We hold Equity open call auditions in New Jersey for each of our mainstage shows. We also hold Equity and non-union auditions by appointment in both New York and in New Jersey. Please check back here for notices as well as in Back Stage and Playbill on-line. We attend the New Jersey Theatre Alliance and the New York Straw Hat combined auditions.When sending in your resume please indicate if you are Equity or not. If you are available to audition in NJ, please let us know since we have more slots available for these auditions and can see more people. Performance internships are also available.

Designers, Directors and other production personnel...
We keep an active file of directors, choreographers, sound, costume, scenic and lighting designers as well as all other production staff personell. Please send us you resume along with a cover letter describing your experience, interest, skills and goals. Those on file will be called in for an interview based on our needs at any given time.

JODI: (40's-50's) Strong pop/country alto range G3 (below Middle C) to E5.
Annie’s older sister. Originally from Paramus, NJ. In control and passive aggressive. A Corporate success with a failed marriage. Vocally, gravitates to the pop world.
ANNIE: (40's-50's) Strong rock singer ala Janis Joplin, Melanie,etc. range G3 to F5.
Jodi’s younger sister. Still a bit of a hippie. Also, originally from Paramus, NJ. Never married. Took care of her parents at Sandy Shores RV Beach Resort in Florida. Folk Rock and Roller, and lover of causes.
KARLA: (40's-50's) Strong pop/theatre singer with a classical edge. Melissa Manchester or Sarah McLachlan, B3 to A5
Jodi and Annie’s “fun loving” cousin from Philly. As a teenager, she was wild. And she still likes to stir it up. Loves her husband of 25 years. Vocally, lives in the rock/pop world.
BARBARA: (40's-50's) Strong R&B singer with a lot of soul/gospel, range F3 to G5>
Their best friend from Staten Island. Says what she thinks with no apologies. Never thought she could love anything more than THE BIKINIS and R&B, until she met her husband, Benny.
